So last night I went to this raw food restaurant (loving it live) w a friend for thier bday. We got lemonade, nachos w/ guac with the works, lasanga and a brownie ala mode w/ banana ice cream on top. It was pretty good but I have had better before. My friend had never been to a raw food restaurant before and he liked it a lot. I think he was telling me the truth when he said he liked it. Anyway, this weekend some Atlanta raw fooders are getting together for a raw food potluck. I will take pictures and post them and I am hoping that more people from Atlanta plan on attending.
In my life right now I am planning on taking some acting classes (for fun) and some dance classes and possibly a yoga certification in the spring*.
Oh by the way, yeah, my juice fast has not lasted so now I am just eating raw food. I just have to have the guts to tell people I am juice fasting and not worry about what they think about it.
You got further with the juicing then me. I didn't even make the attempt. You get kudos for trying.
ReplyDeleteI've never been to a raw restaurant. I just recreate the experience at home.
I hope to go to a raw potluck soon. Take some pics when you go.
Is your friend the guy you went on the date with? How did that end up?
By the way, thanks for visiting my blog :-)
Hey!
ReplyDeleteYeah, I have actually done a juice fast for ten days before but it is harder when I am around people so much and everything but thanks! Yes I really like this raw food restaurant a lot but it would be cheaper to just make your own food. I will take pictures at the potluck. Actually I think My dad is going to go with me because he is into raw food as well.
No this guy was just a friend and I am going out on another date with the other guy that I talked about from last time. He is really a nice guy and I like him. He is kind of into his health, he doesn't eat sugar or red meat and eats organic food so that is a lot more than most guys do I guess and I am going to make him some of my raw macaroons, which he is excited to try.
And of course I love your blog, your recipes blow me away!
