Nacho chips and macaroons are in the dehydrator...

So, this afternoon I am testing out my new nesco dehydrator. I am making some tortilla chips (5 ears of corn, 1 cup of cashews w/ sliced onions, jalepeno and lime on top). I hope they turn out yummy. I had an extra tray left over so I decided to make some macaroons and put them into the dehydrator as well. The macaroons were just dried coconut, agave nectar, sugar cane juice (freshly squeezed sugar cane), and some sea salt. I used an ice cream scooper to put them onto the tray and make them into nice shapes. I will take pictures of everythiing and probably post them up here tomorrow. I can't wait to see how everything turns out. Also, the aroma coming from the dehydrator is wonderful!
