Okay,
So, today is June 13th and I am going to attempt to eat purely raw food until June 26th. (Actually, I will have one cheat, which will be salsa, maybe I should just attempt to make my own salsa rather than eating the cooked kind from the store.) I love to dip my cucumbers in salsa, I just pretend the cucumbers are tortilla chips.
Whenever I start to feel the cravings for unhealthy food or start to feel depressed I will try and journal here rather than giving into old unhealthy habits. I can also list the foods that I am eating every day. Today, so far I have had a fruit smoothie (a very large glass of it made up of bananas, pineapple, and strawberr). I never get tired of having this for breakfast! I just finished eating an apple and for lunch today I cut up two cucumbers and made some guacamole to dip them in along with some salsa. I also have another apple to snack on during the day. when I get home today I want to make some green veggie juice and maybe a salad and then just eat fruit whenever I feel hungry or like snacking. Okay, I'll sign in later.
