So, I have been doing a good job eating mostly raw foods. The only exception I have made has been salsa. I have a dilemna, I would like to put a link to this blog on my myspace page, my face book page and at the end of my emails, however, I feel like I am somewhat embarassed to let everybody know that I eat raw food. I don't know why, I mean, it is my decision to decide what I put into my body but I still feel like people are going to judge me or think that what I am doing is wrong. Only a select few of my friends even know that I eat mostly raw food and aspire to eat 100 % raw foods. So, I only put this blog site at the end of my posts on raw food forums.
Onto what raw foods I have been eating lately. I eat mostly fruits and vegetables and don't really eat many nuts. I have noticed that nuts seem to clog up my system a lot and sometimes cause me to break out. This is so sad because there are so many yummy raw food desserts that you can make with nuts and dried fruit, etc. I know a lot of people that eat the 80/10/10 way but that seems so strict. I did notice that I woke up feeling kind of good today, I like eating simple foods, we'll just see if I can make it through all of my random cravings!
