Evolving...

So, I am proud of myself because I have been gravitating towards eating completely raw and it is getting easier and easier! I must say that experimenting with recipes helps with this process tremendously. I did not end up making the dish that I planned to last night but I think I will make it tonight, especially since I have all of the ingredients and I have some fresh locally grown organic tomatos that I bought this Saturday and really need to use up soon. Tonight I am going to post a picture of my de-licious banana choclate cream pie! I have let a few people taste it and everyone LOVES it, including myself! It makes it much easier to not eat junk food when you have great tasting desserts that are nourishing and taste even better than the junk food! There are about two slices worth left so tonight I MUST remind myself to take a picture before it is all gone!
