Day 5 of my fasting...
So, all is going well with my juicing and smoothie making adventure. I have been drinking a lot of green juices (yesterday I made celery, green pepper and apple juice). It was nice and refreshing. I also have been drinking a lot of fruit smoothies. I am yet to make a green smoothie but I will soon. So, I have noticed that my nails are stronger, not breaking so much (think this is due to the veggie juice) whenever I stop doing the veggie juices my nails get so brittle and start breaking like crazy! I also notice that my hair feels nicer and less oily feeling. Pretty much whenever I feel like eating I make a smoothie or juice so it has been fairly easy. No hunger pains. Oh, and I have been just as physically active actually a little more active than normal. I went running on saturday (2 miles with hills) and then on Sunday morning I had two friends go running with me (maybe 1.5 miles). When we were done I made smoothies for them and they love my smoothies :-). So, all is well with that. I did have some feelings on Saturday night of wanting to eat whatever I wanted but then I just drank a lot of green juice and seemed to be alright. Not much else going on, tonight I am going to an aerial dance class here in Atlanta so that should be fun. Only 25 more days to go on this adventure and let's see what happens!

Yes, that is such a big thing I notice when I start juicing! My nails are so much stronger!
