So, last night I decided to make a raw lasanga, I made one like two years ago and loved it but have not ever made one again. This one was fantastic! My dad and I both loved it! It is basically the recipe from Raw Food Real World but I did a lot of tweaking to it and did not add much oil to it at all. This lasanga is wonderful, very savory flavors and just fantastic! I will be making it again! Then, I made the mint squares and the bottom layer has fresh mint. They are good but my dad says they needed to be moister. I think they are fine the way they are! The bottom layer is just fresh mint, dried coconut, and honey. The top layer is raw cocoa beans, vanilla bean, dried coconut and honey. Very simple to make :-). I think my goal is going to be that I am 100 % raw and I want to try lots of recipes like these. I am still waiting for my book Everyday Raw to come in the mail. I hope it gets here soon and I hope it has lots of pretty pictures in it. Another recipe I plan on making this week is tacos but I am going to try and make the refried beans from Raw Food REal World. I also want to make a mint choclate pie for my brother's graduation party and since I have so much fresh mint, I want to use it all. I want to make another pasta dish as well since I have all these itallian spices. Well,
