Friday...
So, today has been a slow day. I have been working on creating my own website lately. I want to offer my services as a raw chef, teaching classes maybe or giving one on one lessons or something like that. When my website is finished I will put a link to it on here. I really want to go 100 % raw but it seems like kind of a struggle (although I am 100 % vegan and like 80 - 95 % raw vegan, depending on the day and sometimes 100% vegan). I think going to the Living Light Culinary Institute as an angel would help. The more I am around raw foodies and delicious raw food the easier it is to be raw. So, I am just waiting to hear back from them now. I sent in an application this week and I feel impatient. I want them to call me right this second and say yes we want you! Come be our angel! Anyways, I am going to make two desserts this weekend for fathers day. I want to try and make them gourmet looking, like April's awesome desserts that she features on her blog www.giveittomeraw.com. Have you seen them? She is a pure genius! The presentation of her desserts are the most gourmet I have seen out there. I dare to say they are better than the ones at Pure Food and Wine (although those are awesome too!!). Anyways, that is pretty much all for me right now. I am thinking about posting weekly videos on here of myself preparing raw foods. I have a friend who studied film in college, I am thinking that he may help me out some by filming me and making it look all professional and everything. Anyways, I want to be 100 % raw because a lot of people say that going all the way raw really makes a big difference in clarity etc and that is what I need right now. Anyhow, it did take me about two years to become a vegan and now it is easy as pie to be vegan. It might just take me a while to come around to 100% raw. Well, hope everyone has a nice weekend.
