Have been making lots of blueberry sorbets this week and my family has gone through three gallons of blueberries already. They are just so good when they are picked fresh off the bush. Here are the pictures of the sorbet. This Sunday is my raw chef training with Sunshine. She called me the other day and said that she hurt her ankle and won't be able to walk well but that we are still on for the training. I am excited about it. Hope to learn a lot and also be inspired.
