Marbled cherry cheesecake


So, I made this on Thursday. I still haven't actually tried it yet because I have been too busy but will try it out today. To do the marbling I basically just got my two color fillings and mixed them together with a knife. Not too hard.

  4. Thanks! Well, the filling is made from cashews, agave nectar and vanilla. Then, the red part of the filling has dried cherries in it. I poured the plain filling in first and then poured the red cherry filling on top and swirled it all around with a knife to give it a marbled look.
