Marbled cherry cheesecake
So, I made this on Thursday. I still haven't actually tried it yet because I have been too busy but will try it out today. To do the marbling I basically just got my two color fillings and mixed them together with a knife. Not too hard.
Thank you sooooo much! I think this may be one of my favorite desserts right now. I just had a slice for breakfast and it is really good. Hope you are doing well!
Thanks! Well, the filling is made from cashews, agave nectar and vanilla. Then, the red part of the filling has dried cherries in it. I poured the plain filling in first and then poured the red cherry filling on top and swirled it all around with a knife to give it a marbled look.
Wow, it's been a while. Sorry I haven't been around lately. Just wanted to check in. Your food looks beautiful. Yum!
