Yoga Certification...

I have finally made the decision to take the Yandara Yoga Certification training in Mexico this coming October. It is an entire month of intensive yoga training that results in a 200 hour yoga alliance certification. I have already made a reservation and paid half of the tuition so that is that, I am going. I am excited but also a little nervous. I think overall it will be a wonderful experience of growth and self discovery. I will definitely give reviews when I return. After that I am unsure of what I am going to do. I have thought about returning to Hawaii for some time. I have also thought about going back to school to study acting, dance and music.

On another note, I have not made any complex raw recipes lately. I have just been eating very simple green smoothies once or twice a day (my favorite recipe fresh squeezed oj, strawberries, banana and spinach). It really hits the spot. I have also been eating a lot of cooked vegan food, I am trying to get away from that.
I was wanting to make an e book of raw desserts. However, I haven't been feeling like making desserts lately. I have just been wanting fruit. I do really want to experiment with making raw cakes and icings like april from doitraw.blogspot.com does. Her stuff is really inspiring.
On another side note I am proud of myself becasue I have run three miles a day for the past three days. Well, that is all from my end.

  2. Good luck to you. It sounds like a plan :-)

I know what you mean about eating lighter lately. I go through phrases when I don't want a lot of heavy raw desserts. Actually, I've been in one of those phases for a while. I guess that's why I never got around to doing a book either.

  4. Thanks to everyoone for the support for my yoga training. I appreciate it! Shannon, I completely agree with you on the dessert ebook. However, I think you could already do an ebook with the recipes you have already made. I would buy one. Kristen, thanks for the support from you too! I am excited and nervous about it. I will let you all know the details for sure:-)
