Taco night and cranberry cheeze cake...



These raw tacos and cranberry cheezecake were delicious! I made them with fellow raw foodie Tom Franek and the photographs were taken by him. You can follow the directions for the cranberry cheeze cake in my post here. The raw tacos were made with the following ingredients.

Taco shell: romaine lettuce leaf

Sour cream: 1 coconut (use the coconut meat and juice) and use the juice from one lemon and one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar.

Guacamole: 2 avocados, 1 bunch of ciantro, 1/4 onion, sea salt

Spicy beans: Mix together 2 cups of raw cashews, 1/4 onion, 1 tspoon of corriander, 1 tspoon of cumin, 1 tspoon of chili powder, 1 tablespoon of agave nectar, 1/4 cup of green onions, 1 cup of sundried tomatoes and 1 cup of tomatoes.
