Isn't this beautiful? Today I met with Matthew (a friend) to hike at Stone Mountain and eat some raw grub. I brought apples and guacamole and he made this tart. He stuck close to my recipe for the kiwi tart on my blog. I was impressed and it was a delicious dessert, light and sweet! Matthew is a chef and makes jewelry as well. It was cool to see something someone made using one of my recipes! Just wanted to share and have a good day everyone!
