Chocolate Cherry Pie

I made this dessert this weekend for my birthday party Saturday night. I just finished off the last piece for breakfast this morning. I think it was delicious.
Chocolate Cherry Pie:
Crust:
1 cup of almonds
1/2 cup of dates
Filling
8 avocados
1/2 cup of honey
1/4 cup of raw chocolate
Garnish: Cherries
Directions: Make the crust in a food processor. First process the almonds until they turn into a flour. Next add the dates (pit them of course) and mix until you get a ball of dough. Spread this on the bottom of your cake pan. For the filling put the avocados, honey and chocolate in the vitamixer and blend until creamy. Pour this on the crust and let it firm up overnight in the fridge. Garnish with cherries that have been pitted.

  9. This recipe looks amazing, though I'll have to use either raw agave nectar or some other type of sweetener in place of honey since I know people with allergies, and the whole being vegan thing. I am so making this the second I can though! :D
