I am proud of myself for eating completely raw food yesterday. I had a smoothie (strawberry, pineapple, and banana) for breakfast, a green drink for a snack (celery, green pepper, and cucumber), grapes, 2 apples, sliced cucumbers, guacamole, watermelon, and grapefruit juice. I can always tell that my complexion gets really nice when I eat pure raw food so I want to see if I can get my complexion really really clear.
