There is a juice shop in Atlanta called Arden's Garden that makes yummy juices and yummy raw desserts. They make a raw cheese cake that is so good but costs like four dollars for a tiny piece. So, I read the ingredients (cashews, agave, lemon, dates, and almonds) and decided to try and make my own creation! These are sooooo good! Cashews create a wonderful cheesecake like filling!
