So, yesterday I did so well eating healthy (big fruit smoothie for breakfast with bananas, pineapple, and strawberries) for lunch I ate two cucumbers and three apples, when I got home I made a giant green smoothie out of three bananas, fresh squeezed orange juice, strawberries and locally grown organic spinach. For dinner I had a big salad with avocado and carrots. For dessert I had a big glass of fresh squeezed grape fruit juice. But then...I was craving some tortilla chips with salsa. My dad usually hides them so that I won't eat them when the craving strikes but last night I found them easily and ate them with salsa. I am not sure why this seems to be what I crave the most. I really want to at least try being 100 % raw for one month but somehow always seem to give into cravings before the month is up. I guess every day is a new day though and I am hoping that eventually my body will only crave foods that are filled with nutrition. Today so far I have had a giant spinach green smoothie for breakfast. I brought a big salad to eat for my lunch at work. So, my wish is that for the next thirty days, including today I will only eat raw food. Can I do it? I hope so...
On to another topic, I am seriously thinking that I am going to get certified in yoga. I just have to find a yoga studio here in ATL that would be the right fit for me. I really think yoga is a big source of healing the body, mind and spirit.
On another topic I talked myself out of buying a dehydrator. I think I would rather just like to focus on eating fresh foods.
On another topic wish me luck because this Friday I am going to audition for a play in ATL.
Okay, send positive vibes my way so that I can do this 30 days of 100 % raw.
