So, yesterday I ate all raw food. I had a fruit smoothie for breakfast, two apples for a snack, a salad for lunch, green smoothie for another snack, green juice (cucumber and celery) and two mangos thrown in for good measure. This morning I had a fruit smoothie. I made myself a stir fry for lunch, however, I didn't have time to take a picture of it because I was running late for work. Basically the sauce is made out of namo shoyu, agave nectar, grated garlic, grated ginger, and some lime juice. Then, I cut up mushrooms, carrots, bell peppers, green onions, peas and avocados. I have sampled a little and I think it tastes pretty good. So, there I was a little bit creative :-). Then tonight I am going to make my dad a dessert and tacos to celebrate him breaking his three week juice fast. I want to try and make a fancy looking dessert so we shall see how it turns out.
Some of my goals for this blog are to take more pictures and post them here more often. I always like looking at pictures on other people's blogs so I figured I should post more:-) pics!
