Apple pie in the sky...

Pictures of my raw apple pie. Yum!

Recipe as follows:
Crust:
1 1/2 cups of walnuts
10 dates
2 table spoons of honey (or taste)
dash of sea salt
dash of cinnamon

First process the walnuts until coarse. Then, add finely cut up dates and process. Then add the rest of the ingredients and process.

Apple topping:
One granny smith apple soaked in one squeezed lemon, two table spoons of honey, and cinnaomn.

Finally, arrange the apples on top of the crust in whatever fashion you like and dig in!
