some friends and got a positive response from people. The macaroons are two cups of almonds, 2 cups of coconut, dash of salt, honey, dates and agave all blended in the food processor. Then, the topping is one avocado, honey, agave and one cup of raw choclate all blended together. Then I put a dollop on top of each one. I also did make the not tuna paste and ate it as a lettuce wrap. It was very tasty. I did not take picture of it but am pretty sure that I will be making it again.
