100 % raw for the week!
I am proud of myself because ever since Monday I have been eating 100 % raw. Mostly a lot of cucumbers and guacamole, and fruit. Next week i will add some more veggie juice into there. I also went running twice this week for two miles. I am going to try and stop worrying about what I should do with my life and try and trust that my own intuition will guide me. I am also excited because we are having a raw food meet up here in ATL and Drhumil (the creator of we like it raw) is coming down. Hopefully that will attract some new raw foodies! I sure hope so. Anyways, Drhumil is so awesome. HE is all about building community for us raw foodies and he is great at it. Well, another thing about me eating 100 % raw is that I have been trying to cut back on the nuts and dried fruits etc and save them for more special occasions. this kind of sucks because I love making desserts and posting them up here on the web. I am going to try and experiment with some nut less meals / desserts. Hope everyone has a good weekend!
