So, the LIving Light Culinary Institute called me Friday night and said they were interested in having me come out there. I hope it will be a good learning experience. If anyone has any experience attending Living Light or being an angel please forward that on to me. Well, for Father's Day I made a raw lasanga AGAIN. I tend to stick with the same dish for a while rather than veer off and try something new. I also made a cheezecake with fruit toppings. It tasted pretty good. No pictures though. HOpe everyone else had a good fathers day!
