He's Just Not That into You...

I just found out yesterday that the star of the latest movie "He's Just not that Into You", Ginnifer Goodwin is a vegan. She announced it on the Conan late show. I always think it is cool when celebrities are vegan and talk about it openly. Anyways, I figured that "He's Just Not That Into You" was a good title for my blog to represent all of us that are single today on Valentines Day (yes, including me :), by the way Happy Valentines Day to everyone. So, yes today has sucked for me, honestly. However, I decided to get a massage, which is a present I would love for someone to give me on Valentines Day but I am doing it for myself and I made myself some chocolate pudding which was delicious. So, putting all bitterness aside, I hope you all do have wonderful day. Here is my recipe for the chocolate puddin'.

Chocolate Puddin' Recipe:

2 cups of coconut meat (fresh from a real coconut, nothing from a can, Pleeeease!)
2 cups of coconut water (Same as above, use the real thing)
1 cup of raw chocolate
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
2 cups of pitted dates

*First begin by opening up your coconuts. I had to use three coconuts to get 2 cups for the recipe. Remove the meat and pour out the coconut water. Add the coconut water to the vita mixer first followed by the coconut meat, raw chocolate, cinnamon and dates and blend everything until you get a very smooth texture. You can garnish it with some strawberries if you would like. Enjoy!
