I am so excited that Rawponoma nominated me for the Kreativ Blogger award. She just recently entered a contest on my blog and won the Eating video, you can read about it here. She has some very tasty recipes that she has tried out, so take a peek at them.

What I love... 1. My family who supports me in my healthy eating and encourage me to follow my heart. 2. My friends who listen to me, support me and help me to see the ligther side of life. 3. Anything creative; dance, theatre, photography, culinary design, drawing, painting and singing. 4. Feeling deep soulful connections with others.

5. Talking about raw food, trying new beautiful raw dishes, and drooling over raw food photography. Sharing with others how delicious and healing raw foods can be. I am definitely a foodie!

6. Feeling connected to myself, my body, my heart, my soul, and my dreams. Also, I love feeling alive, I mean really feeling alive.

7. I love to laugh. ( I do this through taking improv acting classes and watching improv comedy).
