Blackberry Blueberry Cobbler

I went up to the North Carolina mountains this weekend with my famiy. It was so beautiful up there and the air was so clean and fresh. We picked fresh blackberries and blueberries and I made this cobbler to share with my family members. It is very simple to make and similar to the apple cobbler that I made in the past. I hope you all had a nice Labor Day weekend. Here is the recipe:

Blackberry Blueberry Cobbler

1 cup of blueberries
1 cup of blackberries
1 1/2 cup of raw cashews
1/2 cup of dates
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup of agave nectar

Directions: Place the blackberries and blueberries in a container, combine the agave nectar and mix thoroughly. Mix the cashews, dates and sea salt in a food processor and mix until thoroughly combined. Spread the crust on top of the berries. Garnish the cobbler with the berries and serve.
