Day 3 on Raw Foods and lunch
Today is my 3rd day eating 100 % raw foods. For breakfast I had a giant green smoothie made from (2 bananas, 4 grapefruit, and 2 cups of spinach). For lunch I had these cute little cucumber, avocado, tomato bitelets. For a snack I had a pineapple, strawberry, banana smoothie and I am not sure what I will have for dinner. I will say that one thing I notice when I am eating 100% raw is that I get very clean and organized. My room has been a disaster area for the past month and today I spent a lot of time cleaning organizing, and put my winter clothing away and got out the spring and summer clothes.
Tomato Avocado Cucumber Bitelets
Ingredients:
1 cucumber
2 roma tomatoes
1 avocado
1/8 onion
1 pinch of sea salt
Directions:
Make your avocado puree (avo, onion, sea salt) by hand or in the vita mixer. Cut up the cucumber, place the avocado puree on top and then top it off with a slice of tomato. Enjoy!

ReplyDeleteThese look ADORABLE! I'm not a huge fan of avo or cukes, but I know I should be because they are so good for you. Next time I go grocery shopping, I will pick up the ingredients so I can try this! They are too cute!! :)
