26th day raw on my 60 day challenge...

I am excited that I am on my 26th day eating completely raw foods. The journey is going well and I find myself enjoying the simplicity of eating pure fruits and veggies. My brother has been challenging me to eat even more pure and so this week I have tried cutting salt out of my diet as well as nuts. I find it is hard to cut out the salt because it helps me to enjoy my salads to a much greater extent. However, my solution has been to add fruit to my green salads. A big staple of mine lately has been grapefruit banana smoothies. I enjoy the taste and grapefruits are in season right now which is exciting! This past week I bought a box of 56 grapefruits for $10. As of today I have 20 grapefruits left from my purchase. I have gotten my brother, his girlfriend and my dad all hooked on my grapefruit banana smoothies! It is insane how many grapefruits and bananas my family has gone through this week alone!
On another note, I am considering trying the 80 10 10 diet for the last 30 days of my raw food challenge. I am satisfied with the way I am eating but I do feel that 80 10 10 brings healing on an even deeper level. I have enjoyed all of the physical benefits of eating raw, feeling and looking better than I ever have before but I still feel like I am at a state of crossroads in my life. Looking for which direction to take next and I want that extra bit of clarity that I feel eating 80 10 10 might bring to me. From watching you tube videos of people eating 80 10 10 I noticed that clarity, improved moods and more energy were all big things people talked about being improved. I want to see if I notice the same benefits from trying it out for 30 days. I will probably eat one big salad a day, have a green smoothie a day and snack on fruit and fruit smoothies whenever I feel hungry. If you have any advice from eating 80 10 10 or something similar please share it with me. Or if you have any recipes share that with me as well!
