ReplyDeleteI feel more alive, and changing to the better still! Finding all kind of thoughts and stuff when I need them (synchronicity). Less oily skin that only needs water is a proper benefit, too.

I'm new to raw foods but I'd say definitely increased energy and a craving for more greens. I also tend to notice yucky additives in foods that are part of the SAD diet.:( Look forward to increasing more fresh foods and many of the other benefits mentioned. :) Have a wonderful weekend. Thanks!
